Yes. If a customer has not completed a review, RevYou can send one polite reminder after 48 hours. Cooldown safeguards ensure the customer is never spammed.

Yes. RevYou is 100% GDPR and UK ICO compliant. Customer details and phone numbers are encrypted, processed via UK telecom routes, and never sold or shared with third parties.
